About Our Home Inspections

Home inspections are limited, non-invasive examinations of the overall condition of a home, often in connection with the sale of that home. Home inspections include foundations, roof coverings, attic spaces, heating and air conditioning systems, kitchen appliances, accessible plumbing systems, fixtures, and drains, water heaters, electrical services, breaker panels, outlets and fixtures, doors and windows, interior and exterior walls and siding materials, and the grading and drainage of the lot. Once the home inspection is complete I will prepare and deliver a written sample report of findings to you, my client. You may then use the knowledge gained to make informed decisions about the pending real estate transaction.

Home inspections performed in Texas must comply with the Texas Real Estate Commission inspector Standards of practice.

We encourage clients to attend part or all of the home inspection so they can observe and ask questions. We include quality photos within the report, but on-site demonstrations can be valuable.

Call or email me to discuss appointment scheduling and pricing of services. Home Inspection fees generally depend on the size and age of the home. All houses are unique, so please provide the property address and have the year of manufacture and square feet available.
